Full diary, high expectations, constantly making decisions? Many of my clients are under pressure, leading teams, building companies. But there is often little room for themselves. There is a lack of dialogue at eye level. And the time to think in peace about what doesn't get any space in everyday life.

This is exactly where my work begins. I support people who find themselves in complex situations: new leadership roles, team upheavals, conflicts, strategy changes, reorientation or simply the feeling of not knowing what to do next.

What makes me different? I am not a classic „off-the-peg“ coach. I don't work according to a rigid scheme, but instead respond intuitively to people, listen and ask questions and I know what pressure feels like, but also how to regain the ability to act. And that's exactly what I teach you.
